Up today for our Specialist Week Highlights is Jake!

This is Jake’s 10th summer at Crane Lake Camp, and he is stoked to be our Baseball Coach. He is from Trumbull, CT, and during the year he studies Communications and Sociology at the University of Connecticut and wants to be a TV Talk Show Host.

Jake’s first memory at camp was during his first summer. He was Israeli dancing on Shabbat, and was swept up in the magic of it all. At that moment he looked up at the sky and knew that he loved Crane Lake. This summer, he is one of our baseball coaches. He hopes to inspire his campers in the same way that his coaches have before him, especially since he hit his first baseball here, at Crane Lake!

JakeHis favorite camp food is chicken schnitzel, hummus and Israeli salad, which seems like the perfect meal to eat with his favorite kitchen utensil, a finger spork (a glove-like item what fits on your finger and has a spork on the end of it).

Jake is at camp this summer because CLC is his past and present. Jake is going to change the world and make it a better place to be.

We are so lucky to have him at Crane Lake this summer! Check in tomorrow for another coach or instructor highlight!
