Crane Lake plays host to four puppies each summer, who enjoy and are enjoyed by our campers for the entire season!  Come August, these puppies are raffled off to Crane Lake families, who become their permanent homes.  All of our puppies are up-to-date on their vaccines (including rabies), have been checked by a vet, and are microchipped, but are not spayed or neutered.  They are all approximately 6 months old, and are almost full-grown (none will weigh more than 4 lbs at maximum size).  Read on for more information about our puppies!  If you are interested in adopting a puppy, please email Wendy at wendyloco@yahoo.com. 

Dolly – Papillon, black/white, female

 

My name is Dolly, and I’m definitely the princess of the group.  I’m a high-energy pup with lots of love to give.  I’m a bit of a diva, and love to be around people constantly.  My ideal match would be a family that gives me a lot of attention.  I have been known to play a little rough with the other dogs, but generally we get along pretty well.  I love to run around and play!

 

 

Pongo – Shih-poo (Shih Tzu/Poodle), hypoallergenic, black/white, male

 

Hello! I’m Pongo, a super-sweet puppy who loves belly rubs!  Rub my tummy and I will be your best friend forever.  I’m extremely friendly and relaxed.  I would definitely classify myself as a lap dog, and I get along very well with the other pups as well.  People are always complimenting me on my terrific smile!  I’m also hypoallergenic, which is pretty exciting if you ask me.

 

 

Raffi – Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie), black/tan, male

 

Yo! I’m Raffi, and I would love to be your new friend!  I’m extremely energetic and playful.  They tried to take a picture of me for this ad and I just wouldn’t sit still!  I walk very nicely on a leash and get along well with the other puppies.  I’m also extremely good with children – they can mess with me all they want, and it doesn’t bother me at all!  I love to go on walks as much as possible, and I also enjoy laying in mud and getting dirty whenever I can!

 

 

Chewy – Shih-Peke (Shih Tzu/Pekingese), black, female

 

Hi there! My name is Chewy, which is short for Chewbacca.  I kind of do resemble everyone’s favorite Wookie, I guess.  I’m a very low-maintenance pup, who loves to lay back and relax.  I love being carried around, and I’m definitely a lap dog.  I do love playing with the other dogs but I would love to be hanging out with you!
