URJ Crane Lake Camp is filled with so many wonderful people. Our community is full of love and happiness, and we are lucky to have incredible people in our Kehillah Kedoshah. Rose Levenson is one of those role models at Crane Lake. Rose has been working at camp for several years as a counselor and unit head, after she grew up at URJ Camp Harlam. She has offered countless contributions to camp, and at the URJ Biennial just a few weeks ago Rose contributed even more to the Reform Jewish people. “The URJ Biennial is the place for Jews from across North America to come together to learn, pray, share ideas, dance and sing, hear from inspiring speakers and the leaders of our Movement; reunite with old friends, create new connections” Rose stood on the bimah in front of 5,000 people and gave an amazing D’var Haftarah. We wanted to share this extraordinary moment with you, our camp community. We hope you join us in kvelling about the wonderful Jewish leaders that grow from the Crane Lake experience.
