Tranquility: a cool breeze, shady tent, and Kripalu yoga. What better to ease the tension from a long day at Crane Lake than attending a lesson with Mary Hannah Parkman: Crane Lake’s yoga specialist. Campers learn how to master their mind and strengthen their bodies by focusing on spiritual meditations and physically demanding poses. Since last year, our certified instructor has been revolutionizing camp programming for what has quickly become a camp favorite. Located in “The Meadow,” a beautiful landscape which was part of our newly purchased land parcel, yoga is a relaxing opportunity for campers to practice mindfulness and simply take a deep breath.
